Orientation of plastic polymer film (particularly semicrystalline polymers) can significantly improve their mechanical properties and most packaging plastic films are orientated.

We have two roll-to-roll machine direction (monoaxial) orientation MDO machines available for customers to develop new functional plastic films: flexible schedule with short lead time, reasonable cost, and experienced professional operators, located in Philipsburg, PA 16866, USA

• First MDO machine with 11 rollers with width of 650 mm wide, driven by 9 motors which speed can be individually controlled, oil heaters up to 220 C. Line speed up to 5 m/min before stretching, and 20 m/min after orientation. Multi-stage orientation can be performed with this special MDO machine.

• Second MDO machine: 6 rollers with width up to 1000 mm, speed and temperature of each can be individually controlled. Two preheating, one slow, one fast, one relaxation and one cooling.

• Lab-scale MDO Machine Direction Orientation Machine: five rollers with five individual motors, up to 500 mm wide

• Rewinder-slitter up to 1000 mm wide
